As an avid cook I am constantly converting recipes into ones that fit within my food lifestyle. That lifestyle is Gluten, GMO, corn, soy, peanut, sugar, and dairy free. This blog will track my endeavor to transform recipes into dinners my family will enjoy while maintaining our healthy way of eating.
